Admission Information

Admissions are open for Pre-Primary to Class X, providing a smooth and continuous learning journey for students from early childhood to secondary education.

The age of the child will be calculated as on 31st March 2026.

  • Pre-Nursery / Playgroup: Age 3+
  • LKG: Age 4+
  • UKG: Age 5+
  • Class I: Age 6+ 
  • Class II: Age 7+ 
  • Class III: Age 8+  
  • Class IV: Age 9+
  • Class V: Age 10+
  • Class VI: Age 11+
  • Class VII: Age 12+
  • Class VIII: Age 13+
  • Class IX: Age 14+
  • Birth Certificate
  • Aadhaar Card of Student
  • Aadhaar Card of Parents
  • Blood Group Report
  • Transfer Certificate (TC) and PEN Number (wherever applicable)
  • Completed Admission Form
  • Four Passport Size Photographs of Student
  • Two Passport Size Photographs of Parents  

  • Parents are required to collect the admission form from the school office. The duly filled admission form must be submitted to the school office along with all required documents.
  • Admission will be granted as per availability of seats and fulfillment of the age criteria. For classes where applicable, the student may be required to appear for a basic interaction / assessment.
  • Upon selection, parents must complete the admission formalities by submitting the required documents and paying the admission fee within the stipulated time. Admission will be considered confirmed only after verification of documents and payment of fees.

Observation‐cum‐interaction For Classes Pre‐nursery, Nursery, Preparatory And Class I Admission to classes Pre-Nursery, Nursery, Preparatory and Class I will be granted on the basis of the Observationcum-Interaction. Presence of both the parents during this period is mandatory. Parents will have to bring both the copies of Admit Card on the date and time mentioned on the cards, when they come for the Observation-cumInteraction. The Admit Card will have to be handed over to the Teacher In-charge for Observation-cum-Interaction and the Parent's copy will be retained by the parents to collect their child after the Observation Session.

Assessment And Interaction Session For Class II Onwards Class II onwards, an Assessment will be conducted which will be followed by an Interactive Session. Both the parents must be present in the School on the designated day. Parents must bring both the copies of the Admit Card on the date and time mentioned on theAdmit Cards, when they bring their child on the given date. The entire procedure may last three to four hours. Parents are advised to plan their schedules accordingly Before the commencement of the assessment, Parents must hand over the student's copy of the Admit Card to the Session-In-Charge.

Babudih Branch :- Arrival and Dismissal: 7:30 a.m. to 1:20 p.m.
